Like a blizzard- could mean that their drinks are as cold as a blizzard or that their drinks are so many that is figuratively raining with cold beverages....Or it could mean both...that they have a lot of very cold drinks...

(Line 2) They don't just drink casually, they drink to get intoxicated(Slizzard)

(Line 3) They're playing the song"Sippin' on syrup" from the band " Three six mafia"

(Line 4) [G6- is the Gulfstream Jet G650, the coolest and fastest civilian jet available]

They stating that they're as fly(cool) as a Jet.

Summary

The song is about trying to look cool, act fly, and get all gangster even if they're Asians. [as an Archetype- we can say that they're Asians by their knowledge in planes, because most Aeronautic enthusiasts are Asians(too much discrimination on my part,sorry!)] They're dreaming of living a life of a wealthy hip hop artist(explains the drugs, the girls, being gangster, and wanting to fly to Hawaii.
